The student loan application for students begining classes in fall of 2016 will be released approximately June 1, 2016.  Please check back for updates.

Important Deadline Notice:

For most programs and courses which began in September 2015, the deadline to submit an application for funding, pre-study report, and student loan appeals is end of day March 18, 2016.

For all other programs the deadline to submit an application for funding, pre-study report, and student loan appeals is 6 weeks before your end date of study.

Applications, pre-study reports, and appeals can not be processed unless received a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the end date of study.

Important Pre-Study Report Information:
All Students starting classes ON or AFTER AUGUST 1, 2015 will submit their Pre-Study Report electronically via their myPath Login.  Students should login to complete their Pre-Study Report anytime after their 1st day of study and send in any required supporting documentation to our office.

eturning Provincial Loan Borrowers:

If you have received a previous provincial student loan disbursement, your school must send a confirmation of enrollment (COE) to Edulinx-PEI. This is required to ensure you remain in non-repayment status. For more information, contact Edulinx-PEI at 1-877-560-1389. Download a copy of COE

Important Deadline:
November 20, 2015 is the deadline for full-year assistance. Any applications recieved after this deadline will only consider second semester costs.

Interest-Free Student Loan program:
A zero percent interest rate on the Provincial Student Loan program began in 2012. The program applies to PEI student loans issued after January 1, 2001 and held by the PEI Student Financial Assistance Corporation. Read the news release / Watch the video
